An inland city in the Sarawak region on the island of Borneo in Malaysia, Sibu is a small city with a few must-see attractions for visitors. Chief among these is the Tua Pek Kong Temple & Goddess of Mercy Pagoda, a Chinese Taoist Temple with a seven-story pagoda. The Bukit Lima Nature Reserve is a pretty urban park, which is also ideal for bird watching as there are many different species living there. The city is also well-known for its food choices, many of which can be found at various food stalls at the Sibu Night Market.
